WHO WE ARE
FinLit SA is a group of individuals who wish change South Africa for the better. We believe that education is the key to success and that basic financial literacy is the foundation to build that success.
Far to many South Africans are not able to afford a formal education and so many South Africans not being taught the basics required to understand how money works, we found a gap and we will fill it for you.
We at FinLitSA wish to make the change by providing you with the general basics knowledge needed to be financially free. We aim at making our courses as cheap as we possibly to ensure all South Africans can benefit.
WHAT WE DO
FinLit SA provides short courses covering a wide range of financial topics. Some of these topics include setting up your own personal financial statements to understand and set your financial goals. Basics of the stock markets, understanding key concepts and how owning a share in a company works. Good practices to analyze a share. Where information can be found about the stock market. Risk and return. From Tax to medical aid and how they can save you money. Also why retirement planning is important to start, and the younger the better.
These courses are aimed at all levels and we strive to explain concepts in such a way that a anyone can understand.
